Burger Burger Beautiful Burger

This has to be the best burger I have eaten. I made it was some hand cut chips and they are to die for. My family sometimes has very simple tastes so I thought a burger was in order. This burger, however, had an edge to it. So they got the simple burger but I got a burger packed with a lot of flavour.

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
salt
pepper
500g mince
1 teaspoon sun dried tomato
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon rosemary
2 teaspoons of cajun seasoning

Whisk egg in a bowl. Finely dice onion an add to egg. Mince garlic clove and add. Add the dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Mix. Now add in the sun dried tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, thyme, rosemary, sour cream and cajun seasoning.

Crumble in beef using your hands and gently mix together.

Gently shape mixture into burgers. Put a little hole in the middle.

Place burger on grill and cook for about 6 minutes on each side.

Eat with hand cut chips and salad.

Me: I loved this meal because it was easy and quick to make. Yes of course I would cook this again for the family. Why? because it was one of the quickest meals I made with minimal dishes. The cost of the meal, including buns was only $12.50. I had most of the ingredients in the cupboard already and only needed to buy the buns and mince. My rating is 8 out of 10.
